The Agreement Between You and Browsara

These Terms apply whenever you browse, access, submit information to, or use a Browsara page or feature. They are designed for the current public-content viewer concept and must be reviewed when accounts, payments, APIs, advertising, or paid plans are introduced.

01

Acceptance of These Terms

Your use of Browsara forms an agreement to follow these rules.

By accessing or using Browsara, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, do not access or use the website.

If you use Browsara on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and “you” includes both you and the entity.

02

Description of the Service

Browsara is a public-content viewer-tool discovery and information website.

Browsara may provide viewer pages, public-content tools, platform categories, tutorials, blog articles, comparison pages, search functions, contact forms, and related information. Features may change, be added, be removed, or remain in testing.

Browsara is not a social network and does not replace the original social media platforms. Availability of any result depends on public accessibility, platform behavior, technical compatibility, and applicable restrictions.

03

Eligibility and Age

Who may use Browsara.

You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms. Browsara is not directed to children under 13. If the law in your location requires a higher minimum age or parental authorization, that requirement applies.

You may not use Browsara if applicable law prohibits you from receiving the service or if your access has previously been suspended or terminated for abuse.

04

Public Content Only

Browsara does not authorize access to private or restricted information.

Browsara is intended for content that is already publicly accessible. It does not grant permission to access private accounts, hidden posts, restricted stories, private messages, authentication-protected resources, or content obtained through unauthorized means.

No privacy bypass Do not submit passwords, session cookies, private links, access tokens, leaked credentials, or instructions intended to bypass a platform’s privacy or security controls.
05

Acceptable Use

Use Browsara lawfully, responsibly, and without harming others.

You may use Browsara for lawful purposes such as viewing public content, research, education, content planning, and general browsing.

You agree to respect applicable laws, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, platform rules, and the rights of other people.

  • Use accurate and lawful inputs when a tool asks for a public URL or identifier.
  • Use reasonable request volumes and comply with rate limits or technical restrictions.
  • Do not misrepresent Browsara results as official platform records or certified evidence.
  • Review the source platform before relying on content for an important decision.
06

Prohibited Conduct

Activities that may result in restriction or termination.

You must not use Browsara to:

  • Harass, stalk, threaten, exploit, dox, profile, or target another person.
  • Access or attempt to access private, restricted, deleted, hidden, or authentication-protected content.
  • Bypass security controls, rate limits, robots directives, access controls, or technical restrictions.
  • Introduce malware, malicious scripts, credential theft, phishing, or destructive code.
  • Scrape, crawl, mirror, copy, or automate access at a scale that burdens the service or violates law or third-party rules.
  • Infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, database, contractual, or other rights.
  • Impersonate a person, organization, social platform, Browsara employee, or service provider.
  • Use outputs for unlawful surveillance, discrimination, fraud, spam, or deceptive activity.
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service without written permission.
  • Reverse engineer or interfere with Browsara except where applicable law expressly permits it.
07

Accounts and Authentication

Rules that will apply if user accounts are introduced.

Browsara’s core discovery pages may not require an account. If accounts, saved tools, paid plans, or dashboards are added, you must provide accurate registration information, protect your credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. Browsara may require verification, password resets, or additional security steps.

08

User Messages, Feedback, and Submissions

How messages, suggestions, and submitted materials may be handled.

If you send feedback, tool suggestions, bug reports, reviews, images, screenshots, or other materials, you confirm that you have the right to submit them and that they do not violate law or another person’s rights.

You retain ownership of your original content. You grant Browsara a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, display, and distribute the submission as reasonably needed to respond, operate the service, fix issues, improve Browsara, or publish feedback where you have authorized publication.

Do not submit confidential business information unless a written confidentiality agreement has been established.

09

Browsara Intellectual Property

Ownership of the site design, brand, code, and original content.

Browsara and its licensors own the website design, software, text, graphics, original illustrations, branding, arrangement, and other materials made available through the service, except for third-party content and platform trademarks.

These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use Browsara for its intended purpose. They do not transfer ownership or grant a right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create competing services from Browsara materials.

10

Third-Party Platforms and Services

Social networks and external services operate under their own rules.

Browsara may link to or interact with social networks, hosting providers, analytics services, advertising networks, APIs, embedded content, and other third parties. Their terms, privacy policies, access rules, and technical systems apply independently.

Browsara does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, accuracy, policy changes, account actions, removals, or platform restrictions.

11

Automated Access and Rate Limits

Restrictions on bots, scripts, scraping, and high-volume requests.

Unless Browsara gives written permission or provides an official API, you may not use bots, crawlers, scrapers, headless browsers, automation frameworks, bulk request systems, or similar methods to access the service at scale.

Browsara may use rate limits, access controls, CAPTCHAs, firewall rules, monitoring, or other measures to protect the website. Attempting to evade those controls is prohibited.

12

Service Availability and Changes

Features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued.

Browsara may modify, update, limit, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time. Viewer results may stop working because a platform changes its public pages, APIs, markup, access rules, or technical behavior.

We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, compatible, error-free, or suitable for every device or location.

13

Disclaimers

The service is provided without guarantees to the extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Browsara is provided “as is” and “as available.” Browsara disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

Browsara does not guarantee that public content is accurate, current, complete, authentic, lawful, or available, or that a viewer result will match the original platform at all times.

Mandatory consumer rights remain Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
14

Limitation of Liability

Limits on damages where legally permitted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Browsara and its owners, personnel, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or use arising from or connected with the service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, Browsara’s total aggregate liability for claims connected with the service will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid Browsara for the relevant service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or the minimum amount required by applicable law.

15

Indemnification

Responsibility for certain claims caused by misuse.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Browsara and its owners, personnel, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use, violation of these Terms, infringement of rights, or submitted content.

This obligation does not apply where prohibited by consumer law or to the extent a claim was caused by Browsara’s own unlawful conduct.

16

Suspension and Termination

Browsara may restrict access to protect the service or enforce these Terms.

Browsara may block, suspend, limit, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security threats, unlawful activity, repeated technical harm, violation of these Terms, or risk to users, infrastructure, or third parties.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual-property, disclaimer, liability, indemnity, and dispute provisions—will continue to apply.

17

Governing Law and Disputes

The operator’s jurisdiction must be confirmed before publication.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Browsara operator in its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection law requires another result.

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact Browsara and make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue informally. Any court or dispute-resolution forum must be identified after the operator’s legal entity and jurisdiction are confirmed.

Jurisdiction setup required Add the operator’s country or state, venue, and any arbitration or class-action language only after receiving qualified legal advice.
18

Changes to These Terms

Browsara may revise the agreement as the service changes.

Browsara may update these Terms to reflect new features, legal requirements, security needs, or business practices. The revised Terms will show a new effective date. Material changes may be highlighted on the website or communicated by another reasonable method.

Continued use after the revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
